Ede’s Easy Rhubarb Dessert

4 cups prepared rhubarb (washed and cut up)

1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste)
|

1 three oz. Package strawberry jello
|
 |
3 cups
miniature marshmallows
|
 |
1/2 recipe white or yellow cake mix
|
Put rhubarb in
greased 9 x 13 inch pan
Sprinkle sugar and jello evenly, then marshmallows
Spread cake batter over top when ready to put in oven
Bake 50-55 minutes in 350 oven, or until cake is golden
Serve with ice cream or whipped topping
