Chinese Slaw
1 large head of Napa cabbage
4 green onions
Cut up and set it aside
Brown in a skillet (stirring constantly):
1/4 cup of oleo
2 pkg Raman noodles, broken up (do not use the seasoning packet)
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Let this cool completely.
Sauce: Add to a boiler:
1/2cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Boil the sauce for 1 minute, then let it cool completely.
Just before serving:
1. Stir the browned noodle mixture into the cabbage/onions.
2. Add the sauce and stir thoroughly.
