Sweet Dill Pickles

bullet1 qt whole dill pickles
bullet2 1/2 cups sugar
bullet1/3 cup vinegar
bullet1/4 cup water
bullet1 tsp celery seed
bullet1 tsp poppy seed

Drain pickles and cut into chunks. 

Return pickles to jar.  Add seeds.
Combine sugar, vinegar, and water.
Gently boil this  syrup for 2 minutes, then pour it over the pickles.
Seal, and let season for at least a week.
