Paige's Taco Soup
 | 2 lbs ground beef |
 | 1 onion |
 | 2 cans pinto beans, undrained |
 | 2 cans stewed tomatoes |
 | 2 cans Rotel tomatoes [mild, medium, or hot] |
 | 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese |
 | 16 ozs sour cream |
 | unflavored taco chips

Chop the onion and lightly sauté.
Brown the ground beef and drain.
Mix all ingredients except taco chips over low heat.
Crumble taco chips on top as you serve. |
